A Day in This Job
The work covers implementing new features based on project requirements, debugging and resolving technical issues, documenting work for future reference, and participating in code reviews, alongside genuine Scrum facilitation responsibility. A senior scrum master here handles conflict resolution directly, since a team disagreement left unaddressed tends to fester and affect sprint velocity.

Qualifications

Location & Pay
This role is based at the Financial District, Bay Street, Toronto, postal code M5H 2Y4, five days a week on site. Pay runs up to CAD 16,000 a month. The team hopes to fill this seat within five to six weeks.
