Day-to-day work
The BI Analyst on this team turns raw business data into dashboards and reports that other departments actually use to make decisions, not just numbers sitting in a spreadsheet nobody opens.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from multiple internal systems

Skills needed
SQL is central to this job, as is hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau. Data modeling knowledge matters too, since a dashboard is only as good as the structure feeding it, and business reporting skills tie it all together into something stakeholders can actually act on.

- DAX or Power Query experience for more advanced Power BI work
- Familiarity with ETL tools for building and scheduling data pipelines
