Senior QA Lead
This is a full-time, on-site Senior QA Lead role based in Sector 15, Faridabad, paying up to ₹1,21,500 a month.
Leading the Function
This isn't a QA engineer role with a bigger title attached. The person hired here will set the team's testing strategy, decide how test coverage gets prioritized across releases, and coordinate the day-to-day work of the QA engineers reporting in. Alongside that:
- Design and execute test cases across functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios
- Identify and log software defects with enough detail that a developer can act on the report without chasing you down for context
- Verify fixes before release, signing off only once a defect is genuinely resolved rather than just reported as fixed
- Work directly with developers throughout the release cycle to raise quality issues early, before they turn into last-minute fire drills

Skills and Certification
